Appreciation and Thanks

Quilt Project

Our Quilt Project was a great success! We would like to thank everyone involved. Roxann Kopischke came up with the idea and worked tirelessly to make it happen.

Cathy McCracken did an amazing job and spent hours quilting this gorgeous quilt.

Mimi DeGange, Stephanie Whaley, and Tamea Isham were on the Quilt Committee and worked diligently to bring this project to fruition.

Thank you to everyone who created quilt squares and who sold or bought raffle tickets.

Our quilt was entered into the Alaska State Fair and won a third place ribbon. The quilt was won by Priscilla Kirk of Palmer. The two wall hangings were won by Susan Meyers and Wesley Acree. Congratulations to our raffle winners!

This project raised money for both VFAA and the Carol Warren Scholarship Fund.

Thanks to all who helped!!! We truly appreciate the effort and hard work that went into making this quilt project a successful reality.
